Switching between results should also switch the setup tabs #2
Description
Right now only the simulation tab switches between the results. But the setup options (the urbs excel data) is still refering to the last run. This would confuse the students and could also make it difficult to switch back to a previous run.
Changing the Simulation tabs should change the model settings too
