position of cost_types changes during scenarios

Just a litte comment for ppl working with "cells" of excel sheets. Using the same input file but slightly changing the costs of a process can result into changing the order of the "costs types" in the reported file. In my case "variable costs" sometimes is at the beginning and sometimes stated at the end.
