Updating calculate-packing to 0.0.68 causes issues #1748
Description
The issue is likely related to this change: tscircuit/calculate-packing#83
HOWEVER, calculate-packing is doing what is probably THE CORRECT behavior, so something else must be wrong- the test itself might be wrong. Basically the reason the packing is failing is probably because an obstructs_within_bounds isn't being properly set on the circuit-json we pass into calculate-packing. This is likely due to bad test input
