Hi gays
Gerix was running normally few days before,but after an update of Kali(deb wheezy) this issue occured! I tried several actions but no way! I also searched on the web but no solution found.Any help plz?

NB:airmon-ng and airodump-ng are running well.

QGtkStyle was unable to detect the current GTK+ theme.

Qt: Session management error: None of the authentication protocols specified are supported

I too am experiencing the same issue i hope someone can give some input on how to fix this. I also have no problem with any other programs only Gerix on Kali 1.1.0a

Ok absolutely fixed!!! Yes after hours of troubleshooting and looking over line after line of code i found the issue the problem is Gerix will NOT work with Airmon-ng 1.2 RC2 to fix this issue simply download Airmon-ng 1.2 RC1 with wget http://download.aircrack-ng.org/aircrack-ng-1.2-rc1.tar.gz and extract once done open and enter the scripts file there you find Airmon-ng 1.2 RC1 now in a new window open /usr/sbin/ and rename or back-up the original Airmon-ng 1.2 RC2 (i just added NEW to the name) and then copy your newly extracted version of Airmon-ng 1.2 RC1 into that location(/usr/sbin/) that's it Gerix and many other programs will now run perfectly and this will also fix airmon-ng's new problem with creating a new monitor inerface as wlan0mon instead of adding additional interfaces as mon0, mon1 and so on. Please spread this around because i searched for hours and many many people had all kinds of problems related to this and not a single person had a fix so spread the love. :) Griller T. ShatStank
