On Linux, if compiled with USE_IPV6, doesn't start if kernel has ipv6.disabled=1 #47

Unsurprisingly, it just prints "Failed opening socket for ::: Address family not supported by protocol".

Looking at libhttpd.c, it doesn't seem too hard to fall back to ipv4 if ipv6 is not supported.
