Depending on how a tool option is read from Galaxy, a dropdown menu will either show the proper options with a pre-chosen default or it will show a placeholder default

This is a small nitpicky bug, bordering on feature request (the feature here would be to choose the default value, or the first one, because that's how Galaxy handles these options - there is no "- Select -" in the Galaxy interface for this tool).
