in the original mega issue for p-values we talked about having evidence codes similar to the TAIR example. This is a way to explain "how do we know this to be true?" which is important in science.

there's an ontology for that! Evidence & Conclusion Ontology (ECO)

For CV terms assigned by an expression analysis, I would use "RNA-seq evidence used in manual assertion" (ECO:0006068)

For CV terms assigned by interproscan, I would use "match to InterPro member signature evidence used in automatic assertion". (This needs to be moved over to that module too!)

Does an evidence code get added when loading p-values? Once it is, we need to display it with everything else on the significant expression pane.
