Add support for Kafka transport in Trino Open lineage Plugin

We have an ongoing PR to add the Trino open lineage plugin.

Currently it doesn't handle kafka transport and just has support for `HTTP` and `CONSOLE` sink.

Creating this issue to add support for Kafka transport. I am working on a follow up PR to add this support.
