Add support for storing Users and Groups in Mysql database

Trino already has support for resource groups in MYSQL instead of file. It will be very beneficial if users and groups could also be stored in the Mysql database. (so basically a new backend for password file and file group provider)

This will allow to increase the UX and make deployment and management easier and more friendly
