The batch file information is :
t-rex.exe -a kawpow -o stratum+tcp://pool.us.woolypooly.com:3126 -u walletaddress.laggysfirstrig -p x

(just removed address and added walletaddress as placeholder the address is entered in the batch properly)
the screenshot below shows what happens after the software begins and tries to connect to the pool. I've set everything up on a different computer in a different location already and they run fine. but I have different brands of network hardware at this location.
could it be an issue of router settings or firewall settings? how would I fix that.
