Option to Add to Playlist by default

First of all a huge thanks for taking this project on, this is the third top 
plugin on my list after movies and tv!

Currently when you select enter on video it stops any currently playing video 
and starts the selected one.  To add it to the playlist you need to press F9 
then select add to playlist.

I would like to see a way with a single key on the remote to add the currently 
selected video to the playlist (and start the playlist if it is not already 
playing)
