request: support pathlib objects

Currently telfhash doesn't support pathlib objects https://docs.python.org/3/library/pathlib.html and gives an error:

>>> import telfhash
>>> import pathlib
>>> a = pathlib.Path('/bin/ls')
>>> type(a)
<class 'pathlib.PosixPath'>
>>> telfhash.telfhash(a)
