Feature description?

Betsy Pre-deploys contract on start-up:

Extend function in wallet package deployPreCompiledContracts() function to also pre-deploy an ERC-4337 paymaster contract

  • Add contract binding
  • Add a page to the dashboard to interact with the paymaster contract
