Some considerations for heat-sdk in prod

Some values were hardcoded in heat-sdk for development use, but would actually need to be better configured for different environments such as dev and prod.

• WS not available in production, use WSS instead. Or on the heat side of things, generate self-signed certificates for local hosting and use WSS in both cases.
• Endpoint URLs need to be configured based on environment
