Unable to update Autopilot via Admin Tool

Issue description:
Updating autopilot status for a challenge doesn't update autopilot status in functionality

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open admin tool.
2. Click on challenge management tab,
3. Enter challenge ID.
4. Click on Update Autopilot.

This will update the status of autopilot on Online Review but the functionality won't reflect as per the status.

Hi Jaya,

We have created a test challenge on Prod environment to reproduce the issue but no luck. This issue is not reproducible on Dev env as well.

Only the suspected thing I could think of is Database disconnection while updating the AP flag (which will not update the AP flag on database) and AP will keep continue.
