Cannot play streams while on a phone call

Describe the bug
While in a phone call, stream video will refuse to play. Pressing the play button causes it to load and attempt to play, but the moment it starts it will automatically pause.

This has something to do with the way Android handles media playback while using telephony. I know there is something that can be done to allow this within apps though, as some apps allow it work and others don't.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Call someone on the phone to initiate a call
2. Open Frosty and navigate to a stream
3. Open the stream and observe it auto-pause.

Expected behavior
Streams should be able to play regardless of being on a phone call.

@tommyxchow Sorry to ping, but wondering if you might know anything about the Android API regarding this? Hopefully it could be a simple fix.

I've recently been made aware of Audio Focus in the AudioManager API.

Personally, this is the only limitation stopping me from making Frosty be my daily driver Twitch app.

I wouldn't mind attempting to implement handling this myself if I could be pushed in the right direction to start looking at in the codebase, since I have pretty limited mobile development experience that isn't 10+ years out of date.
