Thanks for reporting and detailed repro steps. I'm not able to reproduce this particular issue myself, but I do have a hint where it might be coming from - the same happens if I press tab instead of alt+tab. I'll investigate it further.

For the purity of the experiment, I checked the same thing, turned off all extensions, the problem was still reproduced
