In Step 6/14, the following error appears:

I was having the same issues, I think it's because this is 3 years old and it's trying to get updates for Raspbian Jessie, whereas most people are running Raspbian Stretch. I could be wrong, I'm still trying to get my head around all this stuff. Now looking for a more up to date docker Mosquitto container. Good luck OP.
