Issue with Viewing and Downloading Uploaded Files on Different Devices in AFFiNE (Self-hosted)

Hello AFFiNE Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with viewing and downloading files (images, PDFs, Excel, etc.) across different devices. When I upload files to a page with Cloud Sync enabled, the files are visible and downloadable on the computer used for the upload. However, when I access the same page on another device, the files don’t appear at all, and there’s no option to download them.

I’m running AFFiNE in a self-hosted environment and have been using it for around three months. Resolving this would make my experience perfect. I truly appreciate the team’s hard work and look forward to any guidance on this issue.
