save local songs as mp3 not mp4

Steps to reproduce

Download any song, will be saved as mp4.
Problem: many other music players don't see these files as they are "movies" not "music" containers. May apparently depend on android versions/rom flavours (couldn't really find out, but e.g. on a Samsung rom PhonographPlus sees them, on a GrapheneOS and another device with LineageOS, same version does not).

Expected behavior

Save music as music, I.e. mp3

Actual behavior

Saves as mp4 :-(
