Getting the "current" session/window/pane

Is there a way to get the current active tmux objects? i.e. The session, window and pane the code is running from? There's a list of sessions, and a list of attached sessions, but there's no "current_session" (and window and pane), nor could I find relevant properties in the classes. Am I missing something?
