Describe the bug
When SampComp is finished, the tsv file I obtain is filled with !

Dear JeremyQuo,
Sorry for the lack of activity last year. This is due to a mismatch in the reference file used and the sequence in the fastq file. If the reference file contains T's but the fastq file contains U's, or visa versa you will get the !'s in the output file. it shouldn't influence the results themselves, but it is a feature chosen to remind us to make sure that our sequences and references should use the same alphabet (T's vs U's).
