Some part get cut off

When inputting a long address, some part of the text get cut off (although i have expanded it to maximum window) . As address is an important information for such an app, unable to view the entire address might affect the use of this app.

Our target audience is SoC students and taking into account the average address length of an address in Singapore (where SoC students would live), the probability and likelihood that the address of a Friend truly exceeds the window is extremely small.

However, we understand your concerns. We will take this into consideration in the next iteration.

Reason for disagreement: I understand that the target audience is SOC students, but we should not do any pre-assumption on the user's input. There might be international students, and the users might wish to store their friends' international address, which could be long in some cases. Moreover, the space for the address is actually not that long, consider maximizing the window, and only half the space is allocated to the friend list, the length/space for address is actually quite limited. In any case, an app should not limit the user's input length as having a long address is still valid and highly potential. The best way to solve this is wrap the text and show it in the next row to show the entire address. I will still say it is a functionality bug as we choose to store these important information and unable to view complete an address will affect the functionality use.
