The developer has decided to use email or name as identifier but in this case, only name itself it repeated, the error message should detect repetition of name (but not name or email) to notice user where exactly went wrong.

However, we believe that this is a quality of life implementation and feature. Moreover, this is not a feature promised in the v1.4 iteration and our application adheres to the behaviour stated in our UG closely. Hence, this is listed as NotInScope.
