Objective:
Reverse-engineer the logo carousel from the live site, map its utilities, and include it in the design library.

Key Tasks:

Inspect the logo carousel’s layout, animation, and responsiveness.
Map Tailwind utilities for grid, flex, and animation.
Document carousel variations (e.g., scrolling, static, hover effects).
Add the component to the design library.

Acceptance Criteria:

Logo carousel is documented and mapped to Tailwind utilities.
Variations and responsive behaviors are documented.
The component is added to the design library.
