Add LeRobot SO-Arm 101 to website

LeRobot now have the SO-101 arm out, with better wire routing and a different servos on the leader arm. The SO-100 arm is marked as deprectated.

I found the SO-Arm 100 page on the website works fine with my SO-101, so maybe just the website text needs updating to say "SO-100/SO-101"?
It also looks like the URDF files are already in the assets folder
