I assume Tesla api has location restrictions for things like Homelink, windows, etc for good reason (safety, security, etc). However from the user perspective some people would like to trigger Homelink or close windows, regardless of their location. I hate to see when a user's explicit wishes for their property is overridden. However I do see the reasoning on the flipside.
Sure it's possible to enable this by setting location close to the car's location by default. But should we do that?
