The pixel is connected via Google Tag Manager

The problem appears in pixel events in the ad account
Although I made sure of it

Hi @SKR2004 , to clarify, is the issue that you see two warnings in the TikTok Pixel Helper for the ViewContent event?

  1. "The pixel code is not installed between ..."
  2. "The advanced matching parameter is missing..."

I'll check and get back to you. It's likely not a problem with your setup.

Do you already pass email and phone in the GTM template when they are available?

@SKR2004

  1. "The pixel code is not installed between ..." -- This is expected when you're using the Google Tag Manager. You can safely ignore this.
  2. "The advanced matching parameter is missing..." -- It's expected to see this warning if you have not included email or phone with an event. If you indeed do not have email or phone to include, it's also expected to see this warning and you can safely ignore this.

The strangest thing is that the add to cart events and the content display events are repeated .. although I am sure that I created only one of each event

..
You tell me to ignore the matter .. but when I go to the TikTok platform to view the event, it shows me 0 display content ..

..

Also, I am notified that there is a problem displaying events

@SKR2004

Hi there, please share more information or screenshots about the problems you mentioned:

  1. "add to cart events and the content display events are repeated" -- Can you share how set up the tag and trigger for these events? If I can reproduce the issue, I would be able to help you.
  2. "it shows me 0 display content" -- For which event are you seeing 0? Which platform are you referring to?

Hi, I am sorry that you run into those issues. Based on your screenshots, it looks like our diagnostic system has detected some known issues in your events payloads.

Here are some suggestions for you:

  • For general questions, to get better support from our dedicated support team, you can submit a ticket here
  • As the maintainer of TikTok's google tag manager template, we are concerned that if the issues relate to defect in the template itself. To help us debug our cases, could you please do the following things:
  1. Tell us how you set up the tags. How do you select the event type? How do you set up the object properties. You can paste some screenshots to help us better understand it.
  2. Tell us how you debug the tags. You can get the detailed content of your events callback by checking your websites' network to the domain of analytics.tiktok.com. Alternatively, you can check the content using TikTok Pixel Helper. Let's say the diagnostic system tells you "missing currency", you could verify of the "currency" is really missing in your payload body.

Please provide detailed information so that we know how we can help you. Thank you for your support.
