Which tool should I use for compressing a file under Windows?

I'd like to compress a file and uncompress it by efidecompress under UEFI shell.

Could tell me which tools should I use for compressing file in Windows?

I have tried LzmaCompress.exe, but the result can't be uncompressed under UEFI shell.
