fix: add rounded corners and padding to app icon

- Added macOS Big Sur style rounded corners (22% radius)
- Added 15% internal padding so logo doesn't touch edges
- Regenerated all icon sizes (PNG, ICNS)
- Icon now follows macOS design guidelines
