theming are not working on all the components

i made all the components in the themix completely black

but theming is not working for so many components
is there any fix for that or am i making any mistake

steps i did

1. installed themix-full-git from AUR in archlinux (it have already base16 plugin installed)

2. open thimix (obviously)

3. choose any random theme from base16 plugins (from the LHS panel)

4. changed the color of all the component to #000000 (complete black)

5. exported as base16-Based template (from the top RHS arrow button)

6. and new window appeared in there for gtk 3 choose the
   path : /home/user/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
   application : gtk3-oodwaita
   ......apply option and export......

   and for gtk 4
   path : /home/user/.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css
   application : gtk4-oodwaita
   ......apply option and export.....
