Hi!
I am very interested in your proposed method. However, when I perform the missing mode imputation experiment based on the tutorial imputation_multigrate you provided in https://bit.ly/3fOvupR., I am unable to find the MultiVAE_PoE_cond class. In this github src/multigrate/model/_multivae.py, I can only find the class of MultiVAE. What I would like to know is where I can find the MultiVAE_PoE_cond class or if there is a difference between the two classes and if I can use the MultiVAE class to complete the missing modal imputation experiment.
Looking forward to your reply!
Thanks!

Hi @chyli721-ccnu,
Thank you for the interest in multigrate! The imputation is currently not implemented (we had a huge refactor to make the model work with scvi-tools, and the imputation function was implemented only in the old version), but I'll prfioritize this and will update you when it's done.
Hi @alitinet,
Thank you for your prompt reply! However, I can't find an older version to install. Could you provide me with some installation information?
Looking forward to your reply! Thanks!
