Build in a caching system using LocalForage

As noted in pull request 34, currently the search index is reloaded each time a user visits the search page. Suggest building in local storage to cache the index. And it can probably be cached only for a limited scope of time. From a user's perspective I think having search reload when visiting the site a subsequent week or even day wouldn't be a problem.
