Documentation, tutorials and walkthroughs needed

I joined a company that is using Foreman. I've been spending a lot of time searching for docs that walk you through provisioning, daily use, tutorials, etc., what I mostly find are how to install Foreman, then you're on your own. It would be really helpful to expand these docs at some point. My supervisor informed me that prior documentation was mostly user-contributed; that would be fine as well.
