Foreman Azure credentials

Can you please update your documentation to include: # az ad sp create-for-rbac --name Foreman as this is a much quicker and easier way to create your login credentials. It would also be useful to explain the Azure Image creation and the small/medium compute profiles work when deploying on Azure.
