We should validate that a simple Android program can build against the Android SDK produced by the toolchain build in CI. This would be a similar job to the the existing smoke_test job that we already run to validate the Windows SDK.

@hjyamauchi suggested building https://github.com/compnerd/cassowary as a possibility.
