When we detect the stream, we should be able to also get the link to the current stream in "past broadcasts", and even put the timestamp in the link, would be useful for SC2 tournaments

Would also be useful to show a list of the title changes that happened, with a timestamped URL for each

Can post each title change with timestamped URL as a comment in the megathread, or on Mastodon with a hashtag

Probably need a boolean for update_on_title_change both in the search object and in the notifier object?
