Command `type` argument

By default all arguments are entered as strings in the Command Line so having an argument to turn a string into a requested type or give a failure message if conversion failed would be very nice.

Hey @Moosems, I didn't think about typed args, that's a good point! I'll try playing around with an implementation for that.

@Moosems I spent most of the last month fighting against the changes in nightly trying to keep the library working haha. But now I should be able to look into it.

I check in on this every now and then, but still waiting for the type system to improve a bit before trying to tackle it. Too many roadblocks at the moment.
