Phonetic mode editing issue using arrow keys

When editing a document after typing a letter such as டி (t+i) and then moving the cursor to some other place using the arrow key and starting a new edit with vowel such as இ, instead of இ, it will display டீ. Especially problematic after keystroke sequences like மெய்யெழுத்து > arrow key > உயிரெழுத்து.
