camouflage --help only documents help and version flags

Describe the bug
Running camouflage --help with v0.15.0 only documents the --help and --version flags, omitting --config, init and possibly others.

I just noticed that camouflage -h emits different output.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

$ camouflage --help
Options:
  --help     Show help                                                 [boolean]
  --version  Show version number                                       [boolean]

Expected behavior
Document --config and init
