Acknowlidge the translators of Darwin Core #578
Description
The Darwin Core website is now available in Czech and French, so we should credit the translators.
Other contributors to Darwin Core are listed on the main TDWG website here: https://www.tdwg.org/standards/dwc/ so perhaps this is the appropriate place — if it should instead be on the DWC site itself, this issue can be moved.
The Czech translation was done by Jiři Podhorecky.
The French translation by Elie Saliba.
