AC List of terms does not link to the Executive Decisions #268
Description
The SDS recommends in section 3.3.3.1 that term metadata include a link to Executive Decisions that affected that term. We have those data, but the build script does not add it to the List of Terms doc. This has been implemented in other Lists of Terms, so we just need to copy and paste that code to implement this recommendation.
