Verify Seed Phrase Cannot be completed

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Security
2. Click on 'Write down seed phrase'
3. Check the consent checkbox
4. Click "Verify Seed phrase"
5. Complete the Seed phrase by selecting the words in order
6. Receive Green Check signifying the seed phrase was entered correctly
7. Nothing happens - the user can only click the back button which starts the process over.

Expected behavior
The Write down seed phrase should be saved and the warning on the security page for the Write Down Seed Phrase option no longer shows.
