villares reports: "for some reason I don't understand launching Thonny by means of python.exe -m thonny avoids the stackprinter error"

hey y'all, this is now also adressed in stackprinter itself - the new version degrades more gracefully if stderr doesn't exist https://github.com/cknd/stackprinter/releases/tag/0.2.7

Thanks, @cknd. This means I can add the conversion helpers to the py5 menu, which I plan to do for the next release.
