set current_max_charging_current limit

I'm using Esphome API and 8266 wIth a Voltronic Easun 8kW hybrid inverter. No problem to read sensor data and sendig to homeassistant dashboard.

On a completely separate on-grid phv plant (not the above Inverter) I produce phv AC energy in excess of my home consuming, now sent to the grid.
I would like to send this extra AC power to the inverter to charge a battery pack.
Currently using homeassistant I'm able to calculate the amperage (A) value to dynamically set the current_max_charging_current_limit sensor on the inverter. However I don't know how configure the Esphome yaml file for this task. Did anyone has experience of changing sensors values by Esphome yaml language ?
