Way to fail in CI when running tests and an existing snapshot is not used #90

Hi, analogous to #73, it would be nice to be able to set CI to fail if any snapshot that exists was not used. I understand that it will cause issues for these who have some tests skipped - so I would suggest to add a flag like --fail-for-unused-snapshots that can be enabled only for situations where we expect all snapshots to be used (no tests are skipped).

If #55 will be fixed, than --fail-for-unused-snaphots could even be the default.
