No synthetic Practitioners or Organizations

While trying to build a prototype app using SyntheticMass data, I was disappointed to apparently find no Practitioners or Organizations. These seem like key models to include as related to the purpose of the SyntheticMass project.

It looks like Synthea does support creating these entities.

@craigmcginley Newer versions of Synthea do generate Practitioners and Organizations, but the current SyntheticMass dataset and API have not yet been updated to reflect changes for quite a while... we have something in the works though, but don't hold your breath.

In the meantime, if you need Practitioners and Organizations, you'll need to generate your own dataset with Synthea. Sorry!
