Move examples to an Annex

The different definitions have a final paragraph:

As an example, the swhid represents ...

It would be better if we move all these to a new Annex, C. Examples (informative), each in a section, where we also describe how the strings (and hash values) were generated.

I think we will need to revisit this before going to the offiicial standard approval process, so I'd like to keep it open.
