Won't work properly with rails 2.3.8

1. When editing article in the sidebar all html is escaped
2. Settings tab won't open
   And there may be more problems. On 2.3.5 all works ok.

It looks like the HTML escaping is a common problem in 2.3.8.

Every time '+' is used to join html strings, the 2nd string gets encoded.
According to the article, 2.3.9 is supposed to fix, so probably best to just sit tight instead of modifying adva_cms
