Including template codes in problem code quickly

A user should quickly able to add a template code in the problem code. For example, user wants DSU in the problem code, for this we need to design a utility to merge template provided by user in problem code. User needs to create Templates folder beforehand in which we will search specified algorithm that user is searching for a particular problem.
